When you submit a careers application or contact enquiry, the website collects the information you enter, together with a reference number and submission timestamps.
How it is used
Application information is used to review and manage recruitment. Contact information is used to understand, respond to and manage enquiries.
Where it is stored
Submitted information is stored in the database connected to the Elarias Vercel project. Selected notifications may also be sent to private Discord channels when webhook integrations are enabled.
What not to submit
Do not submit passwords, identity documents, payment information or private information that is not necessary for the application or enquiry.
Access and correction
To request access, correction or deletion of information submitted through this website, use the contact form and select General Enquiries.
Service providers
The website may rely on Vercel for hosting and a connected Postgres provider for data storage. Their own service terms and privacy practices also apply.
